I am a spirit filled therapist, married for 25 years, mother of four, and grandmother of two. I am currently working on my DNM Doctorate/ PhD, focusing on Psychosomatic Therapy, Quantum Physics, and HMT. I have a Master’s in Marriage and Family. I'm trained in Gottman, Mending the Soul, EMDR through EMDRIA, and more. I am a Think Differently Coach, and I utilize parts work from IFS and RSC models. I have a Psychoanalytic lens that understands that the subconscious is the key to unlocking areas of our life that other modalities have been unable to reach.

My passion for healing started when I began to advocate and seek help for my family. I learned that addressing each member in the family system looks different depending on their specific needs. I use a holistic, systemic approach, believing there are several ways to get to freedom. I am passionate about restoring the mind, body, soul, spirit, will, and heart connection as they integrate and function together through the process of the therapeutic relationship, neuroscience, epigenetics, and the spiritual connection.
