If life feels heavy right now—and you’re not sure where to begin—you’re not alone. Reaching out for support takes courage, especially when you’ve been the one holding everything together for a long time. My hope is to offer you a place where you can exhale, feel deeply seen, and begin to rediscover hope, clarity, and purpose.

I bring both lived experience and professional training into the counseling room. After 25 years of marriage, raising six children, and walking closely with women and teen girls through real and often complex life challenges, I understand how layered responsibility, grief, faith, and identity can feel. I believe deeply in redemptive stories—that God can meet us in our hardest chapters and gently transform pain into meaning, growth, and renewal.

As a therapist in training, I approach my work with humility, compassion, and care. I strive to sit with you without judgment, listen closely to your story, and support you as you make sense of what you’ve been carrying. Therapy doesn’t have to be about having the right words—it can simply be a place to be honest, to grieve losses, to untangle pressure and perfectionism, and to take your next step forward with support.

I am especially passionate about working with women and teen girls navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, high-functioning autism, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and identity or co-dependency struggles. Many of the clients I serve are high-capacity caregivers, homeschool or adoptive moms, or women experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, chronic illness, miscarriage, or eating disorder recovery. I also hold space for those healing from church hurt, shame, or spiritual exhaustion—areas where faith and pain often intersect.

In addition, I enjoy supporting clients through relational and life transitions, including pre-marital and marriage counseling (in collaboration with Shawn), pre-college transitions, and family changes related to adoption or shifting roles. Together, we focus on restoring connection—to yourself, to others, and to the purpose God is continuing to unfold in your life.

You don’t have to do this alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, clarity, and renewed hope.
