If you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or the desire for motherhood, I’d be honored to walk with you.

If you’re in a season of motherhood—or longing to be—and feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or unlike yourself, you’re not failing. You’re in one of the most profound transitions a person can experience, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I specialize in supporting women through the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that come with fertility journeys, pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. Many women come to me feeling anxious, disconnected from their bodies, grieving who they used to be, or quietly wondering why joy feels harder than they expected.

My role is to help you make sense of what’s happening inside you and walk with you toward greater clarity, steadiness, and confidence in this new season.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your lived experience. Together, we explore how your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and expectations are interacting—often under immense pressure—and how to gently realign them so you can feel more grounded and present. I draw from evidence-based cognitive therapies to help you understand and shift unhelpful patterns, while also integrating Positive Psychology, Internal Family Systems, and Restoring Self-Cohesion to support resilience, meaning, and inner wholeness—not just symptom relief.

I believe motherhood doesn’t mean losing yourself—it invites you to know yourself more deeply. Therapy can be a place where you reconnect with who you are, clarify who you are becoming, and find a sustainable rhythm between all the roles you hold: woman, partner, parent, professional, and individual.

I also take a whole-person view of care, considering the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors shaping your experience. Whether you are preparing for motherhood, adjusting after birth, or simply feeling “off” and unsure why, I will meet you with compassion, clinical insight, and practical tools to help you move forward with self-trust and hope.

My hope is that the work you do now becomes something your future self looks back on with gratitude—because you chose to care for yourself in a season that asks so much of you.
