If you’re feeling stuck—emotionally, relationally, or spiritually—or you’re exhausted from repeating the same patterns despite your best efforts, you’re not alone. Many people I work with come to me saying, “I’ve tried therapy before, but something still isn’t healing at the root.”
I help individuals who feel fragmented inside—successful on the outside but internally overwhelmed, conflicted, or disconnected—restore clarity, wholeness, and freedom. With over 20 years of clinical experience as a licensed clinical psychologist, I specialize in uncovering and resolving the deeper, often unconscious dynamics that drive anxiety, self-sabotage, relational strain, burnout, and spiritual confusion.
As the creator of the Restoring Self-Cohesion (RSC) model and founder and CEO of Crawford Clinics, my approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and deeply personalized. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we work together to restore internal alignment—so your thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, and faith are no longer at war with one another. Rooted in a whole-person view of health, this work addresses the bidirectional relationship between emotional distress, physiological stress, nervous system dysregulation, and spiritual disconnection.
Many of my clients are leaders, professionals, parents, and faith-driven individuals who carry significant responsibility and feel pressure to “hold it all together.” I offer a space where you don’t have to perform—where your full story can be seen, honored, and gently transformed. If your faith matters to you, I thoughtfully integrate Christian spirituality with clinical excellence, always honoring your autonomy, values, and pace.
Through Restoring Self-Cohesion, we remove internal glass ceilings that limit peak performance, resilience, and the full expression of your God-given calling. As chronic stress decreases and internal integration grows, many clients experience lasting improvements in emotional regulation, relational health, energy, joy, clarity, and overall well-being—allowing them to age with greater vitality, peace, and purpose.
In addition to my clinical work, I host the Psychology of You podcast, train and mentor therapists and coaches, and advocate nationally for ethical, trauma-informed mental health care. But at the heart of everything I do is this commitment: to help you become whole, free, and fully alive in the purpose you were created to live.
