If you’re feeling stuck—emotionally, relationally, or spiritually—or you’re exhausted from repeating the same patterns despite your best efforts, you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with come to me saying, “I’ve tried therapy before, but something still isn’t healing at the root.” My work is designed for exactly that moment.
I help individuals who feel fragmented inside—successful on the outside but internally overwhelmed, conflicted, or disconnected—restore clarity, wholeness, and freedom. With over 20 years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping clients uncover and resolve the deeper, often unconscious dynamics that drive anxiety, self-sabotage, relational strain, burnout, and spiritual confusion.
As the creator of the Restoring Self-Cohesion (RSC) model, my approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and deeply personalized. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we work together to restore internal alignment—so your thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, and faith are no longer at war with one another. This kind of healing allows for lasting change, not just short-term relief.
Many of my clients are leaders, professionals, parents, and faith-driven individuals who carry significant responsibility and feel pressure to “hold it all together.” I offer a space where you don’t have to perform—where your full story can be seen, honored, and gently transformed.
If your faith matters to you, I thoughtfully integrate Christian spirituality with clinical excellence, always honoring your autonomy, values, and pace. My goal is never to impose belief, but to help you experience healing that reaches the deepest parts of who you are—mind, body, and soul.
In addition to my clinical work, I train and mentor therapists and coaches, lead Crawford Clinics as Founder and CEO, and advocate nationally for ethical, trauma-informed mental health care. But at the heart of everything I do is this commitment: to help you become whole, free, and fully alive in the purpose you were created to live.
