If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or caught in painful thought patterns that won’t seem to let go, you don’t have to face it alone. My hope is to walk alongside you through life’s challenges and create a space where you feel truly known, safe, and supported as you begin to heal.

I am a master’s-level practicum student in counseling at Dallas Baptist University. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, OCD (including religious or scrupulosity-related OCD), low self-esteem, grief, and other mental health struggles that can feel isolating or exhausting. Many of the clients I serve are tired of fighting their thoughts, questioning their worth, or carrying loss quietly—and are looking for compassionate, faith-aware support.

My approach to counseling is trauma-informed and relational. I utilize parts work found in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Restoring Self-Cohesion (RSC) to help you better understand your inner world with curiosity rather than judgment. Therapy with me is not about rushing change—it’s about creating safety, building insight, and allowing healing to unfold at a pace that honors your story.
