  • Women and men navigating life transitions

  • Parenting support

  • Couples counseling

  • Trauma recovery and abuse healing (including narcissistic abuse)

If you’re feeling stuck—emotionally, mentally, or relationally—or exhausted from simply trying to get through each day, you don’t have to stay there. Many of the clients I work with come to therapy longing for more than symptom management—they want real healing that allows them to move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

I specialize in working with women and men navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, abuse, major life transitions, and seasons of uncertainty. Often, these struggles are rooted in experiences that the mind has learned to carry quietly over time. I am especially passionate about trauma-informed care and utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help the brain reprocess painful memories so they no longer hold the same emotional weight.

My approach is compassionate, grounded, and collaborative. Therapy is a place where you don’t have to minimize your pain or have everything figured out. Together, we work at your pace to uncover what’s been keeping you stuck and to build a path toward healing that feels both safe and sustainable.

I believe meaningful change is possible at any stage of life—and that healing isn’t just about relief from pain, but about reclaiming your story and stepping into who you were created to be. If you’re ready to move forward and experience deeper freedom, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
