Eric Danielson

MSW in Clinical Social Work, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hello, I’m Eric Danielson.

I’m a husband of twenty years, a father of three, and a grandfather of two. My greatest joy comes from spending time with my family and dogs, and I’m currently learning to play the electric guitar. I specialize in working with men—individually, in couples, and in group settings—however, I desire to help all overcome the impact of trauma, and find the freedom to live as your authentic self.

If you’re struggling with trauma’s effects—whether that’s anxiety, burnout, challenges with spirituality, depression, fear, moral injury, panic, PTSD or other paralyzing symptoms—I’m here to help you break free. I understand how these challenges can steal your joy, impact your relationships, and leave you feeling stuck in negative patterns. With over 25 years of experience in trauma care, I use a unique, integrated approach to help you rediscover your strength and sense of purpose.

Why trauma?
For many, trauma can be the root cause of chronic emotional struggles, relationship breakdowns, or even spiritual deconstruction. These issues can often manifest as anger, anxiety, or depression. I’ve been where you are, and I’ve trained extensively to help you navigate this journey. Together, we’ll work to quiet the mental chatter, reclaim your inner peace, and allow you to connect with loved ones, thrive in your life, and lead with confidence.

Approach & Qualifications:
I offer a personalized, tailored, integrated, solution-focused, evidence-based approach that combines techniques from Restoring Self Cohesion (RSC), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and more.  I’m a DBSA Peer Support Specialist, a registered national Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) provider, a level 1 Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy provider and a level 1 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), currently pursuing Level 2 certification. My practice is also supported by a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work. I am licensed in CT, FL, MT, and Texas. If you’re not in one of these state’s and desire to work with me, I can provide certain services as a life coach.

With my background as a retired Army Flight Medical NCO, a former Corrections Medical Specialist, Co-Occurring Treatment Clinician, and VA Trauma Counselor, I bring a wealth of experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating trauma-related issues.

I’m invested in your healing.

It’s time to stop carrying the weight of past pain. Let me give you the tools to break free from the chains of self-doubt, destructive cognitions, habits, and addictions. Let’s work together to create the life you’ve always wanted—one where you’re not just surviving but thriving!

Andria Booles

Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, MMFT, LPC-A

I’m Andria. I’ve been married for almost 25 years and am a mother of four and grandmother of two. I am currently working on my Doctorate and PhD in Natural Medicine with a focus on Psychosomatic Therapy, Quantum Physics, and Holographic Manipulation Therapy. I have a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and an Undergraduate degree in Psychology. I’m trained in Inner Healing, Prepare/Enrich, Gottman (Level 1 and 2), Enneagram, Spiritual Freedom, and EMDR through EMDRIA. I am a Think Differently Coach and I utilize parts work from Internal Family Systems and Restoring Self-Cohesion models. I have a Psychoanalytic lens which understands that the subconscious is the key to unlocking areas of our life that other modalities have been unable to reach.

My passion for healing started when I began to advocate and seek help for my family. I learned that addressing each member in the family system may look different depending on their specific needs. I use a holistic, systemic approach, believing there are several ways to find and walk in freedom. I am passionate about restoring the mind, body, soul, spirit, will, and heart connection as they integrate and function together through the process of the therapeutic relationship, neuroscience, and epigenetics which can lead to discovering one’s true created identity and purpose.

I would love to help you get to know the various parts of yourself that helped you survive painful places of your past. This could include various forms of childhood or present trauma, neglect, anxiety, depression, difficult family-of-origin dynamics, spiritual/emotional/sexual abuse, DID, SRA, PTSD, addiction, sexual dysfunction, grief, parenting, and physical pain in the body. Through self-compassion, I help clients learn how we can redeem their stories into a transformed life that can help and empower others.

I love to work with all ages with varying degrees of struggle as well as couples, and family units. I believe in the value of collaborating with other specialists if needed and will continue to walk alongside you to help you find your voice along the way.
