Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate | Supervised by Cassie Reid LPC-S

If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, uncertain, or unlike yourself, starting therapy can feel intimidating—but it doesn’t have to be. My priority is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard, so you can begin working through what’s been holding you back and move toward the healthiest version of yourself.
Many of the clients I work with come in feeling stuck—struggling with anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or constant overthinking. You may know something needs to change but feel unsure where to begin. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface and identify both the internal and external blocks that are getting in your way. With the right tools and strategies, meaningful change is possible—and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative and authentic. The counseling room is a place where real conversations can happen—where you don’t have to filter yourself or have it all together. My approach is encouraging, practical, and tailored to your goals, helping you build insight, confidence, and coping skills you can actually use in daily life.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies and a master’s degree in Professional Counseling. I’m especially passionate about supporting young women and adults navigating identity development, relationships, life transitions, and the pressure to “have it all figured out.” As someone who understands the unique challenges facing this generation, I care deeply about helping you grow into the person you’re becoming.
My greatest joy is seeing clients thrive—not just survive. I would be honored to be someone you trust as you begin a journey of healing, self-discovery, and lasting growth.
