Practicum Counselor, Dallas Theological Seminary
Supervised by Dr. Shannan Crawford
If you’re feeling anxious, discouraged, or unsure where to turn, therapy can be a place to rest, process, and begin again. My hope is to offer you a gentle, welcoming space where you feel safe enough to slow down, share honestly, and begin moving toward healing and hope.
I am a master’s-level practicum student in the Master of Counseling program at Dallas Theological Seminary. I approach therapy with care, patience, and compassion, believing that meaningful and lasting change happens within supportive, trusting relationships. You don’t have to have the right words or a clear plan—just a willingness to show up as you are.
My primary experience is working with adolescents and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, identity and self-esteem concerns, and challenges within family or relational dynamics. Many clients I work with feel overwhelmed by expectations, uncertain about who they are becoming, or disconnected from themselves and others. Together, we create space to understand what you’re experiencing and gently build skills for emotional resilience and confidence.
Whether you’re walking through a difficult season or simply need a place to be heard, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Healing doesn’t have to be rushed—and you don’t have to do it alone.
