Practicum Counselor, TKU Master’s of Marriage and Family
Supervised by Dr. Shannan Crawford

If you’re in a season of transition—stepping into adulthood, navigating early marriage, or trying to figure out your direction in work and life—you may feel uncertain, stuck, or unsure of who you’re becoming. My goal is to walk alongside you as you gain clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of identity and purpose.
I am currently a master’s-level practicum student in Marriage and Family Therapy at The King’s University. In additon to entering the counseling field, I have spent nine years as a high school Special Education teacher, working closely with students facing a wide range of diagnoses, learning differences, and life challenges. That experience shapes my belief that growth happens best in relationships where people feel understood, respected, and supported.
While much of my background is with young people, I enjoy working with individuals and couples of all ages and from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds. I bring a calm, relational approach to therapy, creating a space where you can talk honestly about what’s working, what’s not, and where you hope to go next.
I am especially passionate about supporting emerging adults, young married couples, and individuals navigating career transitions. Together, we focus on making sense of your current circumstances, strengthening relationships, and uncovering the values and purpose that guide your next steps.
Life doesn’t always come with a clear roadmap—but you don’t have to navigate these transitions alone. I would be honored to support you as you move forward with intention and hope.
